Most often, all in is spoken about in the context of club or sports poker, when the customers of the institution play against each other. 

Description

All-in) – the situation when the participant of the draw puts all the remaining ones in the common Bank chips. It is typical for Texas to hold'em and other types of poker. 

If a player goes all-in, he claims only the current amount bank. If other participants in the draw continue to raise the stakes, their money form a side Bank.
