This slang word is used in different parts of the former USSR. It, like other colloquial expressions, is carried around the Russian Federation and the near abroad by dealers who go to work in other regions. 

Description

Flea – a client who constantly changes the playing places or tables in the casino hall.

The word is partly considered offensive, so it is not recommended to call in the face of hot-tempered people or players without a sense of humor.
